First race of the season and the first win for the team at Rockfish Speedway in NC. We worked up until the last minute getting the cars running right and to make weight for the first race.
Alanna started in 4th and Siobhan, driving in her 1st feature race ever, was starting in 5th based on their heat qualifying positions.
Siobhan surprised us all with her heavy foot and attempts to pass on the inside.
Alanna used her experience at Rockfish to take the lead early and hold it for the entire feature with some impressive driving on a slick, wet track.
Congratulations to both of them for outstanding driving in a new racing division for us all.
